I acknowledge that my volunteer position is not guaranteed and that if granted, may be denied or ended at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. I recognize that there are risks and possible injuries that I may sustain through my participation as a volunteer, and agree that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and all those claiming through me, release, waive, hold harmless, and agree not to make a claim against or sue the Desert Classic Concours d’Elegance or Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa or Palm Springs Life Magazine or their agents, representatives, employees or assigns on account of injury or damages resulting from my participation as a volunteer.
