Exhibitor Information and Application
February 28, 2010 Desert Classic Concours d’Elegance
Owners of classic automobiles from 1969 and earlier who wish to participate in the Desert Classic Concours d'Elegance may submit an Exhibitor Application for consideration. Cars invited by the Selection Committee will be of a standard that best expresses the character of the manufacturer, coachbuilder and the period of its construction. Each Exhibitor will be asked to submit a brief history of their vehicle. Cars will be displayed so that spectators may learn of their significance. Our focus for 2010 will be on the revered cars of the 1950's from the U.S.A., Italy, England, Germany and France.
Exhibitors should submit applications as early as possible. All entries must be received and accepted prior to January 1, 2010.
All invited cars are encouraged to participate in the Tour Classique on February 27, from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Bonus points will be awarded during the Concours d’Elegance judging process to cars that drive in the Tour.
Entry Fee Schedule:
- $100 - Entries submitted and selected prior to January 1, 2010. Early entries will be considered for additional recognition in the Concours d’Elegance program.
- The Entry Fee includes admittance for the Entrant and one Guest to the Reception on February 26 and the Concours d’Elegance on February 28.
The Desert Classic Concours d'Elegance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and net proceeds will benefit several charitable organizations in the Palm Springs area.
- A minimum of two photographs of your car, front and side view. Additional photographs may be submitted. Photographs will not be returned.
